Mr. Shy Guy is a stunning 3ish year-old chocolate point male Siamese who is fully vetted and healthy—and he is ready for the next chapter of his life. ♡
But this handsome boy needs someone special.
Mr. Shy Guy came from a very scary situation. He was put outside during extreme heat by a vengeful boyfriend and suffered from heat exhaustion. We are incredibly grateful that we were able to get him out, get him the veterinary care he desperately needed, and give him a safe place to recover.
His body has healed. ❤
Now, it’s time for his heart to heal.
He is cat-social and does wonderfully with other cats. There is no hissing, aggression, or bad behavior. His challenge is simply people. He is scared—and honestly, after everything he has experienced, he has every right to be.
Mr. Shy Guy is the kind of cat who wants to be near you, but he isn’t ready for physical contact yet. He may hang out in the same room, watch what you’re doing, and keep you company from a safe distance. He is also a very vocal, chatty Siamese, so don’t be surprised when he starts talking to you! ♫ ☺
What he needs is not someone who expects an instant lap cat.
He needs someone who understands that trust is earned—not demanded.
