Meet Seeley, Bones' little gray brother and partner in recovery.
Seeley came to us with his three brothers at about 5 to 6 weeks old. While Bones was in the most critical shape, Seeley was a close second. He weighed just 9 ounces, well under where a kitten his age should be. The good news? Even on day one, Seeley was active, curious, and eating, which told us this little guy had plenty of fight in him.
On Friday he went to the vet alongside Bones and started antibiotics and medication to clear out the parasites that were keeping him from growing. He's been on the same intensive protocol as his brother, with lots of extra meals, kitten milk, and supplements to help him catch up.
And he's doing exactly that. Every day Seeley gets a little stronger and a little more like the playful kitten he's meant to be. Fittingly, he's named after the FBI agent who always has Bones' back, and these two are getting through this together.
Seeley isn't available for adoption just yet. He has some growing to do first. But in a few weeks, once he's healthy and strong, this sweet gray boy will be ready for his forever home. Keep checking back, because he's going places.
Until then, you can help him get there. Every can of food and every supplement goes directly to Seeley and his brothers Bones, Sweets, and Zack.
